Personal Information Collection Statement
The personal data collected in this application form (the "Data") will be used by the Shanghai International Arbitration (Hong Kong) Center ("SHIAC HK") for the purposes of processing your application for the Panel of Arbitrators and other related administrative purposes.
The Data may be transferred to and used by personnel within SHIAC HK whose official duties involve the processing of such applications. Furthermore, the Data may be disclosed to third parties assisting SHIAC HK in achieving the aforementioned purposes. Any such disclosure to third parties shall be strictly limited to the extent necessary to fulfill the intended purposes.
Once an application has been processed, the application documents will be retained in SHIAC HK’s records for a period deemed necessary or useful by the Center.
Pursuant to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right to request access to and correction of your personal data held by SHIAC HK. Any such requests should be made in writing and directed to info@shiachk.org
